Therapeutic Approaches

The beauty of Cognitive Hypnotherapy is its adaptability. A number of clients come to see me for to overcome similar challenges whether that be for anxiety, stress, depression, weight management, life coaching, confidence issues to name but a few. But the experiences which have led them to my door are all exceptional. As such the approach I offer reflects the uniqueness of every individual I work with.

As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist I have been trained to use a variety of techniques elicited  from different therapeutic approaches. This means I can truly tailor a programme to fit your specific needs which have arisen from your own unique set of circumstances and life events. In the first session we have I essentially put together a case history so I can them write the perfect programme of intervention especially for you. This programme is flexible so that when you begin to notice changes in your own way I can, if need be, alter the direction we are going in  to reflect and support where you are heading.   This is driven from an open communication between myself and you which is actively encouraged from the very start of our sessions. The more you  are in control of where they want to head the quicker you will get there., my belief is that all my cleints, you included have everything you need to help bring about the change that you want to see. My job is to help facilitate that change
